First, I got this image of a bald eagle, which has a meaning of nature.

Secondly, a picture of Neanderthals's skull. Originally, this picture has a archaeological meaning.

With some supporting items like the red screen (blood and death) and a picture of a battlefield, with may dead people on the ground.
And this is the result after cropping and combining:
Now the meaning of the eagle image has changed into violence/war. And the meaning of the skull has changed into death as well.

I really like your idea of combining 2 meanings getting from 2 different pictures into a new one which touches human. However, it could be better if you make the red background representing human's blodd more natural. Thanks for sharing your work. I love it
